Help me help Victims of intimate partner violence and their children

Hi all,

I wanted to do something good and make the world a better place. When I found out that Intimate partner violence is a problem of epic proportions and affects thousands of people each year (1 in 4 women and 1 in 7 men will experience intimate partner violence; 1/3 of our nation's children live in homes where domestic violence is occurring; and 287 people filed for emergency protection orders in Madison County last year), I knew I had to help.

That's why I created a fundraiser to support HOPE'S WINGS INC. Their campaign to Shelter 50 families fleeing abuse this year will change the lives of victims of intimate partner violence so they can transition from simply surviving to thriving!—and you can be a part of it.
